Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy — Just One Tape
Effective date: November 10, 2026
Forgeline Ventures LLC runs Just One Tape. This policy covers consumer health data as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law (NRS 603A.400–.550) and Connecticut's consumer health data law define it.
1. The consumer health data we collect, and why
Joining our list can reveal that you're interested in limiting your use of adult content. So we treat the whole sign-up as consumer health data:
- your email address;
- the times you signed up and confirmed;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older;
- the record of your consent.
We use it only to email you about Just One Tape: the confirmation, the deck's release and launch news. We also use it to keep proof of your consent. We collect no other consumer health data, and we will not collect more or use it for any other purpose unless we first tell you and you agree.
2. Where it comes from
Only from you, when you fill in the sign-up form.
3. How it is processed
It is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and used to send emails through Resend. Both process it on our behalf and only as we instruct.
4. What we share, and with whom
We share none of it with third parties or affiliates. The only companies that handle it are our processors, Cloudflare and Resend, and only to store it and send you the emails you asked for. We have no affiliates that receive it. We never sell it.
5. Tracking by others
No third party can collect information about you over time or across websites when you use our site. We run no third-party ads, pixels, analytics or embedded scripts.
6. Your rights and how to use them
Email [email protected] from the address on our list, with "Health data request" in the subject. You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, and give you a copy of it;
- correct it, or show you how we process it;
- delete it, including from backups;
- stop collecting it, by withdrawing your consent. Unsubscribing does this too.
We may reply to that address to confirm it is you. We act within 30 days.
Appeals. If we turn down a request, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject. We will answer in writing within 45 days and explain why. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to your state's Attorney General. Washington residents can do so at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
7. Changes to this policy
We will post any change here with a new effective date. We will email the list before any change that would collect new categories, share with anyone new, or use the data for a new purpose, and we will not make that change without your consent.
