Privacy notice — Just One Tape

Who we are. Just One Tape is run by Forgeline Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
Who this is for. Just One Tape and its email list are for adults 18 and over. If the date of birth you enter shows you are under 18, we don't add you and we don't keep anything you typed. If we learn that we hold the address of someone under 18, we delete it.
What we collect if you join the list.
- Your email address.
- The time you signed up and the time you confirmed.
- A yes that you are 18 or older. We do not keep your month or year of birth.
- A record of your consent: when you gave it and the wording you agreed to.
That's all. We don't ask for your name, and we don't build a profile of you.
What we count without knowing who you are. Totals only, never tied to your email address: page visits, sign-ups from each post or link that sent people here, how many people tapped each lock option, and how many sign-ups were turned away for age.
What stays on your device. If the age check turns a sign-up away, a note in your browser's session storage keeps the form closed until you close the tab. It never leaves your device. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.
What we don't do. No advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Why we use it. To send you a confirmation email, tell you when the deck is ready, and send launch news, never more than two emails a month. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and our postal address.
Who handles it for us. Cloudflare hosts this page and the database that holds the list. Resend sends our emails. They process your information only to provide those services to us. The servers that deliver this page see your IP address in order to send it to you and to protect the site from abuse. We don't store your IP address with your sign-up.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days. If the list ends, we delete it.
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email in one click. Or email [email protected] from the address on the list to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We answer within 30 days. Deletion includes our backups.
Consumer health data. Because this list is for a product that limits adult content, we treat everything above as consumer health data under Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains what that means and how to use your rights.
Changes. If we change this notice we'll post the new version here with a new date. Before any change to how we use your address, we'll email the list and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
